At the time of the waiting list lottery, applicants must include at least: 1) one older adult age 62 and older, or 2) one mobility-impaired person age 18 and older who need the special design features of our mobility-impaired apartments, to be eligible. Additional household members of any age, including children, are welcome if the applicant(s) is/are otherwise eligible.

Per HUD guidelines, maximum gross annual income limits apply and are subject to change. Currently, the maximum income limits (effective April 1, 2024) are as follows:

Maximum Income Limit: $111, 950
